Product Details & Specifications
This cylinder head will fit ALL 3204 and 3208 Direct Injected Engines, turbo or non.
Can be used in any of the following Engine Applications: Gen Set, Machine, Truck, Marine, Industrial, Generator
Our 3204/3208 cylinder head castings are CNC machined to exact specifications using premium materials and the industry's latest state-of-the-art manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality.
Available two ways from the drop-down menu above:
1. Bare - This Budget-Friendly option does not include any valvetrain components. We do offer a complete inventory of new replacement valvetrain parts to complete the job, if you need additional parts to assemble yourself.
2. Loaded - A full valvetrain assembly including injector cups is already installed. You will just need to swap your own injectors over. Loaded heads are assembled using blueprinting methods; where all parts and components are checked for fitment prior to assembly. The valve seats are micro finished and the assembled cylinder heads are vacuum leak tested to assure a positive valve to seat seal.
Our cylinder heads are checked for dimensional accuracy, straightness and surface finish. Casting and all components are brand new. There is no core charge associated with this item.
