Every part we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note that returned parts must be adequately packaged in their original boxes and arrive clean in resalable, unused condition. A fee may apply if any item requires cleaning or re-packaging by the receiving warehouse. Installed or modified parts are not returnable. Be sure to inspect each part prior to installation. If you have any concerns regarding differences between your new and old part please contact us immediately. Any part returned due to improper installation will be rejected for return credit. Please note that shrink wrapping must not be broken. If the seal is broken there is no return on bearings or gaskets.

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the parts. If you call us we can provide one to you as well as the address where the parts need to be returned to.  

Note that if an item was ordered in error by the customer, upon returning it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. In these cases shipping costs are also not refunded and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. However, if the error was made in part by Heavy Duty Pros we would issue a full refund. Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges (both ways). Any shipment that is sent back without an RMA or is sent back collect will be refused. 

There are no returns on special ordered items. A special order item would not be found on our website and would be discussed with a sales representative at the time of the sale. Also included in these special order items are tuners, and diagnostic tools (IDS Truck Rx, PDI Performance, ThinkCar and Bully Dog products). To return any item you must call us at 315-475-9893.
