Returns
Every part we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, we will refund your money or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required prior to returning any parts. Please contact us to obtain an RA number and proper return instructions.

Note that all returned parts must be properly packaged in their original boxes and arrive clean, unused, and in resalable condition. A fee may apply if any item requires cleaning or repackaging by the receiving warehouse. Installed or modified parts are not eligible for return. Be sure to inspect each part prior to installation. If you have any concerns regarding differences between your new and old part, please contact us immediately. Any part returned due to improper installation will be rejected for return credit. Shrink wrapping must remain intact. If the seal is broken, bearings and gaskets are not eligible for return.

Items ordered in error by the customer, or returned due to failure to meet required manufacturing brand specifications, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In these cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the error was made in part by Heavy Duty Pros, a full refund will be issued. 

Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges (both directions). Shipments returned without an RA number or sent back collect will be refused.

Manufacturing Brand Responsibility
Heavy Duty Pros is a supplier of aftermarket components. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the majority of products offered on our website are not Original Equipment (OE) parts. These components are built to meet or exceed OE specifications; however, they may not bear the original manufacturer’s logo, branding, or part number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the manufacturing brand and product specifications meet the requirements of their application, contract, or bid prior to placing an order. This includes, but is not limited to, government or military procurement requirements. If you are unsure whether a product meets specific manufacturing or brand requirements, we strongly encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase. If a part is returned specifically due to manufacturing brand concerns, a 20% restocking fee will apply unless the brand of the item received does not match the brand listed on the product page.

Special Order Items
There are no returns on special order items. Special order items are not listed on our website and are discussed with a sales representative at the time of purchase. This category also includes tuners and diagnostic tools (IDS Truck Rx, PDI Performance, ThinkCar, and Bully Dog products). To initiate a return, you must call us at 315-475-9893.

Shipping
We ship from multiple regional warehouses across the country to ensure fast delivery. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days via ground shipping.
